Green breakfast smoothie



Such a great way to start the day! Be experimental.. This is what I put in mine today..

1/2 Apple
1 Banana
10 Grapes
1 Carrot
1 Tomato
3 Kale Leaves
2 Medjool Dates
1/2 tsp Spirulina
1 tsp Maca
1 tbl Chia Seeds

Add enough water to just cover ingredients...
Whizz it up in your most powerful blender..
